When can you start?
We will start your installation as soon as we have an available installation slot, dates are usually between 2-3 weeks. We also confirm that this is suitable with you.
However if your roof is leaking, we can provide immediate temporary coverings to ensure your property is water tight until the installation date.
Please note all dates are subject to weather conditions being safe for our contractors to carry out your installation.
How long does it take?
This is all depending on the size of your roof and the work that is required a typical project can take between 2-3 days.
Can you temporary fix my roof whilst i wait?
Yes to stop any more water ingress we lay a temporary roof covering. A good roofing installer won’t likely be able to fix your roof tomorrow, but by laying a temporary covering, you can wait patiently for your flat roofing professional to carry out your install worry free, knowing that your flat roof is water tight in the mean time.
How do you accept payment?
We accept all payments apart from chip and pin at the moment but this method will be available very soon. We also have the option for finance subject to credit checks.
Do I need some one there when the work is carried out?
No not at all, as long as we have access to the roof and an access to power we can carry on so you don’t have to take time off work.
How does the guarantee work?
We provide our own 20 year guarantee, however for an additional cost we can provide an insurance backed guarantee that can also cover you for the 20 year period for added peace of mind.
Can i pass on the guarantee if i sell my home?
Yes you can. All our guarantees are transferable to the new property owner. You need to notify us first of the date of the transfer and we will arrange a site survey with the new owner and only charge a small admin fee for the guarantee transfer.
How long would the roof last?
The roofing system is proven to last in excess of 40 years with a guarantee of 20 years that is extendable subject to a site survey.

What are the downfalls of felt roofs?
Felt roofs crack over time, Flat roof System are maintenance free and expands and contracts with the weather conditions, a felt roof does not.
What time do you start and finish?
As we are doing your roof we like to start as early as possible, we want to get you water tight before any change ie weather. But we will also take into consideration your needs as well as your neighbors. I.e no loud radios, loud tools or foul language.
Can the fibre tech roofing system be used on concrete and asphalt?
Yes we can as long as the correct primers are used.
What colours are available?
All RAL colours are available but Our most popular colours are mid grey dark grey and light grey.
My architect has recommended that I use GRP for my flat roof but has not specified what it is, what do I do regarding building regs?
Many architects are recommending the use of fibre glass (GRP) to eliminate the use of heat applied products. We are happy to help with any planning applications and work with your builders.
Does it require any maintenance?
No the roofing system is completely maintenance free.
Can it be used to walk on?
Yes it is perfect for foot traffic as it is hard wearing and can have an anti slip surface ideal for roof gardens and balconies.
There are other roofing materials how do they compare?
There are other materials on the market such as felt and rubber but fibre glass G.R.P is a far superior product with its unique seamless construction and being aetheticaly pleasing to the eye.
Will it cost me to get a price and advise?
No Once you have tried our price estimate to give you a idea we offer a full roof survey and measure the roof, this takes about 20mins, we will then give you a price then send you a copy of the quote.
Can we estimate over the phone?
Yes we can give you a rough guide over the phone but as you can understand we cant give spot on prices without looking at the roof.
Is it a lot more expensive than other roofing materials?
No our roofing system is very competitive against other roofing materials and considering the advantages and the peace of mind in only having to do it once.
Complaints Policy
The business always endeavours to provide the best service for every customer. However, on rare occasions, there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure the business is able to put things right as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below. The business will then be able to respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and the high standards the business aims to achieve.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact the business so the problems can be rectified as soon as possible.
Our Complaints Procedure
Either call, email or write* to us.
The business aims to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where the business is unable to resolve your complaint using the business complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader the business uses Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
